Welcome to Temaki’s Box. Our main goal is to always achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with the services and products that we provide. We just launch our Food Truck that we brought the concept widely spread in Brazil of fresh sushibar food, right in your hand like a cone, which we call temaki.

But what is a temaki?

In its most basic form, temaki is a sushi hand roll; a single large, cone-shaped piece of seaweed on the outside, with a variety of ingredients — almost always including a type of fish — spilling out of the wide end. It is most commonly eaten with one's fingers, as it is cumbersome to pick up with chopsticks.
What is the difference between our temaki and sushibar temaki? 
Unlike sushibar temakis, our temakis have 30% sushi rice and 70% fresh fish and other ingredients that accentuate the fish's flavor. That means our cone have a lot more fresh fish in his composition. Our bet is that temaki will become the as well know as the burguer!
